Me and my friend have decided to start exercising more to tone up and just be healthier. I made this calendar for the month of July for us to follow, it starts off super easy but as the month progresses, it gets harder but I'm so determined.
I'm printing this schedule off and putting it up in my room to tick off when i complete the plank each day, I'm also saving it to my phone and laptop so motivate me to stick to it. We are starting to jog on a weekly basis as well as some other exercises too like sit ups and squats. I know we are not tuhe only ones who want a toned tummy! (This is our choice, i am in no way saying you have to do it to look good as people of all sizes are still beautiful!!!) Will you be using this plank challenge throughout the month of July? or changing it to another exercise to fit you?!
If using this picture please ignore the dates as they are wrong, i missed the first two days hence i could fit this to my schedule easily and have only just spotted the mmistake!
